Breakfast. Meet crew and vehicle. 2 hours drive to picturesque Chon-Kyzyl-Suu valley by exciting mountain road winding through forest and between rocks along rushing waters of Chon-Kyzyl-Suu river. Upon arrival trek up along a good path to the upper grounds of Kara-Batkak valley and have a lunch. Continue trekking up the valley to the foothills of Archa-Tor pass. Free time to explore the environs or rest. Dinner. Overnight in tents.

Breakfast. The long day. We keep trekking to the upper reaches of Kara Batkak valley and have lunch just before we trek over Archa-Tor pass (3800 m). From the top of the pass there is a great panoramic view of the Jety-Oguz wall - an interconnected series of peaks of more than 5000 m, and other snow capped peaks of Terskei mountains. Trek down Asan Tukum valley. Camp in a lower grounds of the valley. Dinner. Overnight in tents.

Breakfast. Trek downstream of Djety Oguz river Meet vehicle. Transfer to Karakol town  by very spectacular mountain road.
