  Please note we may keep the following information about you for operations purposes:

• Your personal detailes such us: your name, passport detailes, both postal and email address, phone and fax numbers

  Please inform us if you do not want us to store these details about you as soon as your trip or services are over. On default this information will be 100% deleted by the end of a year.

If you book any services with us, we will keep:

• Your booking form
• Your postal address, email address, phone and fax numbers
• Your passport details and passport photocopy.
• Your personal information such us your marital status, work place, work address, your position etc.

  Please note passport details, passport photocopies and some of your personal information could be passed to third parties such as respective local authorities who could require such details about you to arrange visas, letters of invitation, border permits etc.

  Sometimes we will share this information with the accommodation and transport providers that we use to arrange your trip. We will only provide the necessary information to arrange your travel. The stored information will never be passed to 3rd parties not connected in anyways with your trip.

  We collect the statistics from our website using Google service about our web visitors and may use internet log files to study geo trends and improve our advertising campaigns and other marketing purposes. Our website contains links to other sites not bounded by Fantastic Asia LTD websites. Please note that we are not responsible for their content and privacy practices.
